Max Peters Announces the Opening of Tantra
New Upscale Nightclub Appeals to Tampa's Trendsetting Clientele

Tampa, FL -- (May 10, 2006) -- Max Peters, a leading owner, operator and consolidator of nightclubs in Florida, has announced the grand opening of Tantra, Tampa's premier party destination. Located in the heart of Tampa's historic Ybor City, Tantra is an 8,000 square-foot venue featuring plush decor, cutting-edge music, and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system designed to appeal to Tampa's trendsetting clientele. Tantra will open its doors to the public on May 14.

Featuring a dozen plasma screens, dual levels, resident dancers, and resident and special guest DJs spinning the hottest hip-hop and house, Tantra offers discriminating club-goers an ultra chic venue for dancing, mingling and fun. Guests can reserve VIP booths with plush leather couches, a dedicated speaker system, sheer divider panels, private bottle service, and more: The nightclub club also incorporates Reatrix(TM) lighting in its VIP areas which will allow guests to interact with and manipulate projected images.

With Tantra's grand opening, Peters has completed a renovation and construction program that also includes the recent renovation of Prana in Miami's famed South Beach, and last year's construction of the HiFi Club in Orlando.

"I am looking forward to the grand opening of Tantra this Saturday," said Peters. "Tantra will focus on providing our guests with the finest nightclub experience available in the bay area, in terms of both world-class entertainment and upscale ambience."
